Spirit R/T parking brake issue

I got home from work and guess I didn't have my parking brake applied properly, because when I got out of the car it started to roll. I jumped in and slammed the parking brake pedal down, and it overshot it's travel and went to the floor. The release lever is now limp, and I had to manually reach under the dash and release the pedal. Since it's after midnight I don't feel like crawling around under the dash, so I'm just wondering if thisb I 's something that can be reset or did I most likely break another hard to replace and repair part? Thanks

Re: Spirit R/T parking brake issue

Honestly, you will not know until you get under the car and/or look at the rear wheels and see what is broken or not moving.
