ok i got the motor back in for the 3rd time in three months and now i have very little spark for some reason.

when i timed the cam it was in compression then it jumped right were it needs to be. but i know that tdc with the cam is not at the stop point. it is supposed to be in the resistance point. i had this problem along time ago and i put the cam 1/4 turn off and for some reason it started.

the cap is good the rotor is good the coil is good the hep is good i belive. the car ran before i pulled the motor this recent time.
only changes were non a/c bracket and cleaning and changing gaskets and seals and painting things.

i am very confused and i need this car running by tomorrow. any suggestions?
