sounds to me like a fuel mixture issue. O2 sensor controls the mixture up to almost full throttle, at wide open throttle the computer ignores the O2 and uses a preset calculation for fueling. If you want to check the TPS I believe it should be about .7-1.1V at closed and above 4.3V at wide open(engine off of course). See if it sweeps voltage evenly. I would venture to say a plugged fuel filter or low fuel pressure though.... Hook up to the O2 and monitor voltage on a test drive....volts will sweep 100 to 900mv range up to WOT, at WOT should be above 850mv....
