check the basics, how does it drive other than no boost? could be lots of things, hoses, vaccum lines, timing, bad wastegate etc....i'm not much good for reading those things without something to compare it too but i noticed it said your spark advance is at 10? thats not enough to cause your problem but i believe thats suppose to be at 12.
