need some help, have a 89 shadow 2.5 turbo, engine is racing when you start it, if you push on gas it races harder, changed tps didnt help, found 2 vac lines off replaced still no different, any suggestions? thanks

I had 2 defective Mopar Performance computers in a row that idled too fast. Each time I started it would increase idle in steps till 3000rpm I found a person who burned me some Eproms and his were fine, and one provided the added boost it was supposed to.

dunno if this applies to your situation or not... after i rewired from t1 - t2 i had a couple iffy wires, sometimes when i plug my ecu back in, the car will idle around 2500rpm. i pull the plug, wiggle the wiring a bit, and put it back together... problem solved - till the next time i unplug

This was years ago, someone who had a website called Berk's GLH, long gone. I don't know if he is reachable, could check my Win98 PC for old mail and ask him. I googled omni glh turbo eprom and found an older topic from this forum that may help DIY Logic Module?
