Code 51 is one of the most Misunderstood Codes and to this day Techs still do not properly Diagnoise Lean Condition Detected Codes.
Code 51 is not necessarilly an O2 problem. It is Lean Condition Detected meaning that the O2 is latched below .450 Volts and the Controllers attempts at Fuel Correction have not corrected the Condition.
Anything that will create a Lean Condition will set this Code.
Misfire caused by Fuel, Ignition or Engine Mechanical, Vacuum Leaks,Fuel Pressure/Volume or a Sensor/Circuit such as MAP,Baro,CTS,ACT being out of Range. Fault Codes in these Circuits will not set unless they are High or Low.
Yes an O2 that has died in a Lean Voltage Condition will also set this code.

Limp Mode means that a Circuit is in Failure and the Controller has substituted a Fixed Value for that Circuit. When a Hard Fault is detected the Controller turns on the Check Engine Light and the Cooling Fan will run continuously.A Hard Fault is a Fault that is happening Now and the only way to get the Vehicle out of Failure is to correct the Problem.
You stated the Check Engine Light is Not On so the Vehicle is Not in Failure.
I did notice your Compression Readings and 100 PSI is Minimum.
You pretty much have Low Compression across the board.I would check to see if your Cam Timing is correct. This will cause all of the Symptoms you have described,Low Compression,Low Engine Vacuum,Loss of Power.

Why do you think the Vehicle is in Failure?

i just took it for a quick drive and noticed that it doesnt stop at 3,000 RPMs, it does increase but VERY slowly. If it was in limp mode it wouldn't increase at all would it?

I really do not have an answer for that but if it was in FAILURE THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WOULD BE ON.
Back in the beginning of this Thread you said you thought you Damaged something in the Engine, that is where your problem lies.
Have you CHECKED CAM TIMING YET?
Do not Assume there is a Problem with the Computerized Engine Controls when you have yet to Check Basic Engine Mechanical Function.

i thought i damaged the engine but it seems a spark plug became deformed somehow so it was only running on 3 cylinders. Now it runs fine besides being pretty much limited to 3,000 RPMs and it wont boost at all, which sounds like limp mode to me.

I had no boost once, the wastegate actuator rod came off the bellcrank, right under the intake. Wastegate open=no boost. I was working on the vac system at the time too.

The car also stops revving at 3,000 RPM so i think its gotta be in limp mode. I disconnected the battery and reconnected it to reset the fault codes and drove it for a while and checked the codes and only got 12 and 55 so idk? I'm going to take it to a garage tomorrow and have them plug their computer into it and see if it tells them anything.
