Went to start my Shelby Lancer this morning but no go. It turns over but will not fire. I tried to pull codes but the power loss lamp doesn't even light up. Any suggestions?

Hall Effect pick-up in the distributor maybe?

Fuel pressure up where it needs to be?

Bad wire or coil?

Lets not guess.
First what year and engine?
Locate the underhood diagnostic connector and find the Dark Blue/Yellow wire. With key on ground the DB/YL wire.the fuel pump should run, there should be 12 volts at the + coil and at the Dark Green/Black wire at the injector harness and heated oxygen sensor.
Let me know if there is power present at all, some or none.
Here is a pic of the diag connector.

If it's a Shelby Lancer it's a 1987, 2.2L, TI converted to TII by Shelby.

How strong is your battery? How many DC Volts"s does it show. Check all your grounds too.
