I was driving my buddys 91 dodge shadow 2.5 t1 and the radio quit working,the rear deforst quit working dome light quit working.I have no ideal why but any tips would help.The other thing is that my windsheild wipers quit working to when you turn on the windshield wipers the fuse pops?The guy he got the car off of had a bunch or car audio shit in there so he's the blame for the electrical problem.So once again any tips would help

Looking at the wiring diagram the BK/WT wire from the ignition switch feeds fuses 14,15 and 16 which feeds the wipers and radio.
First I would be sure all radio wiring is not contacting a ground,the wipers being on could be the excessive amperage that is poping the fuse.
Since your problem is related to aftermarket radio installation I would follow the wiring from the ignition switch to the fuse block and then to each component to isolate your short to ground.Use you ohmmeter and test each end of the power feeds to ground(key off and all connectors in the circuit unplugged),if you are showing continuity that wire is shorted.
