Mid-80's LeBaron could mean a lot of things. Is it an 86 K-car with log intake? Is it an early J-body with log intake? Is it a later J with 1-piece intake? The LeBaron had a lot of options along the way. It'd be good to find out as much about the car as you can.
The 2.2 is the high revving motor while the 2.5 is the torque monster. It's really a matter of preference. In a light car like the Omni, you'd probably want the 2.2 since you're going to have traction issues already. I prefer the 2.5 in heavy cars like the Daytona for that off-the-line grunt. But they're both plenty capable and if you're leaving them mostly stock then it really doesn't matter.

If it's a pre-88 engine, you'll need a pre-88 harness and computer setup OR you'll need to switch the intake and related sensors over to the later style. I would've thought a minivan harness wouldn't be a good choice because the bulkhead connector is on the firewall of the minivan whereas yours is up in the dash (minivan's is too short). But whatever car you pull the wiring harness from, get the computer and all the relays/sensors with it. The only real difference between cars (other than the minivan) is the lighting and accessories subharnesses. You can always modify a harness to work in your car, but it's obvioulsy easier to get one from the same model so it's plug and play.
Engine mounts and trans mounts are specific to your car I think. I'm not terribly familiar with the L-bodies, but I know the axles and a few other oddities are for that car only, so the mounts being specific wouldn't shock me. Your car being a 90 model has the larger axles already, so that's good. You can toss in just about any turbo trans and be okay.

Im looking around, generally on ebay at the moment and not haveing very good luck finding any main wire harnesses, let alone for a turbo minivan. Does anyone know of anyone or anywhere that i can start looking and pricing them out? Or mabey someone you know that knows where i can get one out of a omni? Plug and Play instead of modification.

i know this harness will work. i've persaly done this convertion.. and the omni has the same plug as a mini van. the only thing that will not work is the wippers but they are easy to rewire. my 90 omni in this thread my RWD omni project. it ran just fine..

As I said, I don't know a lot about the L-bodies. I just know the minivan harness plugs into the firewall and it won't work for G/J/etc cars.

88-89 Dodge Shadow turbo is the best harness to use for fit, then you need to find the wiring break down to connect it to the car at the 50 pin. I would also run a 87-89 Shelby Daytona engine and intercooler set. Shorten it where needed and get it running near stock. New timing belt and MP head gasket and metal turbo lines. Then also from FWD performance run there stage 3 drop in computer. Don't mess with the engine yet, other than a stock rebuild with only Mahle pistons or forged. Get it in and running. Then you'll like the car more and the bug to finish it will take over. You tear it down and try some huge build and it could be down till you run out of intrest. Besides, the SLH brake mod and syspension is needed.
BTW I am a mechanical dyslectic and it jacks my IQ to 157 but only in math and engineering, then it murdered my english skills. I will never be able to spell and write well my whole life =P

$200 for all that does seem like a good deal. You could pay $200 just for the engine or the GLH wheels by themselves.
The engine itself will drop in space-wise. You should be able to use the motor mounts off of your TBI engine. Just get new rubber inserts for them when you put the turbo engine in.

^is right you got a good deal! and you have to use YOUR omni mounts.. you'll just have to swap everything off your motor onto this one.
