no oil in the Ic, only in the inlet compressor housing.
the oil catch can-the breathing hole in the valve cover with a rubber tube into a plastic can and another rubber tube for breathing the can of exhaust gas, the hole in the admision was plugged with aviation PRC

good point shadow, but the last time when the turbo was removed, the oil drain seem to be ok, but why not double check, actually, today I got another garrett swingvalve and tomorrow I m going to put on the t3/t4, good luck for me

What does the car feel like at 7psi? Does it seem like the turbo is spooling and your not going anywhere, or does it seem to make the right power for 7psi boost?

What wastegate actuator are you using (brand)? The vacuum line is still removed when you are testing? can you pressurize the wastegate slowly with a low psi regulator and watch it open at said psi? have you pressure checked your intercooler pipes?

well, after a long long history, I decided to change the .63 a/r turbine turbonetics housing to .42 garrett housing and I got a good garrett wastegate actuator from an 97 turbo eclipse gst.

the spool is working so good no lag, I'm getting psi from 2500 rpm (good for a t3/t4 46 trim a/r 48) and my boost is working so fine 14 psi calibrated with my boost control.

So my turbo issue it was officialy in the past

thank's a lot for all the person who gave me support and thank's Cindy of course for your attention on my case

Well, as long as it's working now and you're happy with it, that's all that matters.
