If you want to flat-out eliminate the pump before you go looking all over the place. Hook a volt meter up to the hot wire to the pump and have a partner turn the key and crank the engine while you watch what it does.
If you can't find your volt meter, Try using a long piece of wire as a test lead from the battery to the pump. If the pump doesn't work then change it. If the pump works, then go chasing down relays, cuts, shorts, and voltage-drops.
It seems somebody put a hex on your cars lately. I hope your luck changes
