I would start with the 11 code. It basicly says no HEP signal. Fault Code 11 If the computer does not see a HEP signal it will not turn on the ASD relay and this would be why there is no spark or fuel pump running. Did you pull these codes after you hot wired the pump? If so disconnect the battery to reset the computer and crank it again. if the code 11 is there it isn't seeing the HEP work.

^bad idea. Anything but mopar HEP's in my cars. There are a couple horror stories of people getting 5 aftermarket HEP's in a row and then ponying up the money and getting a mopar one and it worked great!
You should also be getting a disconnected the battery code too shouldn't you?

I realize they will rape you but the part is worth it!
If you need it to get to work monday then its the only way to go.
Too bad it's closed now.
You can get lucky sometimes on the aftermarket HEP
But you still can't rule out a bad HEP reliably using an aftermarket one

If it's an option at all, that's one of those parts you have to grab at a salvage yard anytime you see one. They usually get about $5.00 for them and with these cars, it's good to carry a spare. (Don't forget a good long phillips too)
Another thing with these cars is the wires going to the HEP get stressed from not being succured to the side of the distributer. I've had problems with the HEP, put in a new one and it didn't work. Threw the old one back in and it was fine. I even had one that would cut out taking a left turn too fast. That's one I never could figure out. The problem went away. That always sucks cause you never know when it'll come back. Wiggle the wires and reconnect the HEP before you going buying more parts.
Good luck.

in my opinion, u didn't need a new hep to begin with but u rookie troubleshooters attempt to solve probs by changing parts hoping to fix the prob instead of doing real diagnostics.

Hall Effect Pick up- chrysler's version of 'points', trigger mechanism in the distributor for spark. The Hall effect pick up signals are produced by the varying hall current depending on the magnetic field present. The blades shield the field producing the signal drop and triggering the spark from an amplified ground signal to the coil. It's a solid state device and rarely gives problems - Generally the associated wiring and connectors or ignition module are the causes of failure. You learn to carry an extra, and a phillips screwdriver, they do fail.
