Drove fine, now wont accelerate?!

OK, drove to work this morning at 7am. Car with satge 3 ran great, Actually hit 14 psi! Wow. Parked it and came back out at Lunch. Crappy start, very shaky/wobbly at idle horrible running and even worse acceleration. Seems like engine wont rev up. Boost wont climb up either. The engine sounds different(funny) when its starts and runs and the exhaust is louder, puffy sounding (like misfiring) and pops frequently esp after a rev in park/neutral. We looked at plugs, wires and spark sticks(plugs). Checked for vacuum leaks. The only thing we found was the tiny air filter blew off the after-market BOV. No check engine light. One spark plug was sooty, we switched it around and the new one was fine. It almost sounds like there is a restriction. Exhaust maybe? ANy suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
