As was stated earlier, it seems you have a leak in the tubing between the turbo/ intercooler/throttle body. Check the tubing and couplers for cracks/tears. Also make sure your clamps are tight. Also see if the vacuum nipple that screws into the intake is tight. What does your boost/vacuum gauge read at idle? If there's a vacuum leak, there's a spot where the intake charge will leak out under boost.
