Hello all.
I have an 87 Shelby Charger GLHS and would like a spare set of keys, can someone tell me what key blanks will work in my car? for example would a blank from a 1977-1989 Dodge Diplomat work? I do not have the blanks in front of me to compare, I have to order them in. Thank you for the help.

I think they changed in '88 or '89 to the two-sided keys. The keys from my
'84 Ramcharger fit my '86 GLHT. But the '89 Caravan had the two-sided keys.

the key that works in the GLHS's is the same as the key that was used all the way back into the 70's (maybe earlier) I know that my key for my Daytona is the same style as the key for my brothers 73 Duster. And I think for the cars, they just put a fancy top on the keys and then started the double side after that.

Here is a link for an ebay auction for the kind of key you need, and it is the stock replacement for the factory look.

I have bought those keys to take to the place I have them cut. That way I have the real key that was for my car. I kinda want to take my new car and get the key to have the black end on it. But I have gone with the keys off of the link for my old Rampage and they worked perfect. Granted I did not need the circle one.
