I have a 94 plymouth duster with the V6 and the 5 spd. When i'm driving it hesitates and there is no power unless i give it full throttle then all of a sudden it just starts pulling. I have no idea what it is. It's stock except for a k&n air filter and i took out the A/C.

Make sure your vacuum lines are not cracked or broken especielly the one going to the map sensor, and the o2 sensor can cause some hesitation too if its giving false info to the computer, and also the tps sensor comes to mind in this type issue. Are you gettting any codes ?

The check engine light has been going on everytime I drive the car. When it first started happening I had it checked and the code that came up was from the sensor to the a/c compressor being off. Do you think I might need a new cataylic converter because I'm pretty sure it's the original and the car has 161k miles on it.

you can turn the key on and off 3 times to read the codes but you may wind up having to test the individual sensors with a voltmeter if you dont have a scanner to use

Ok I got a: 12 Battery or computer recently disconnected
and a : 21 Oxygen sensor signal doesn't change
So I'm guessing It's the O2 sensor that is causing my problems.

Sounds like theres a good chance of it being bad you can also check and clean the connection to the o2 sensor, I know on my dakota the a/c condensation runs right down my o2 sensor wire and i had some nasty corrosion in there witch caused the heater wire on the sensor to short out
