i did replace the caliper bracket, along with the strut, the axle, the wheel bearing and the hub.

Mounting ears for the caliper bracket bent then? It can only be that, the caliper bracket or the rotor unless something is just really loose.

Maybe the bearing races are just not pressed in all the way?
Measure the wheel stud depth from the hat of the rotor and then measure the other side (the other wheel) .

Sure they gave you the right rotors? I could see where you're getting the offset motor/tranny thought. How are the mounts?

The third picture down looks weird to me. Seems like the brake calipar is crooked. in the photo it looks like the bottom needs to be pulled outward.

-front motor mount is new,
-as far as a bent claiper bracket goes, i replaced it, along with eh hub, and it made no difference...
