if you want a good intercooler, then alot of people go with the spearco or turboXS
you can find a few on ebay, but idk about there quality.
Welcome to FWD Performance, Inc. is an awesome site.
you can also buy a quasi downpipe, or just have one made with a flange at an exhaust shop.
a good BOV that is very cheap is the 1G dsm. from a talon or eclipse.
you can usually find one at your local junkyard.

For starters, the TC is not a LeBaron. It is built on the same basic platform, but the body is mostly hand-made and shares no parts with the LeBaron. History -> Chrysler's TC by Maserati cars. Makes it hard to find parts I'd imagine.
You can eliminate a good portion of the extra vacuum lines. There have been dozens on threads on the best ways to do it if you do a search. From the intake vacuum source you need lines to the MAP sensor, Fuel Pressure Regulator, and a line to the turbo wastegate (which would also be where your manual boost controller goes). You may also want lines for the BOV and boost gauge. For the PCV system and the lines off the back of the intake to the boost controller, just follow the diagram under the hood (or one on the web).
You can only run 14.7 PSI max with the stock electronics. Your fuel system should be able to handle that as-is assuming it is working properly. To go beyond that boost level, you need to switch to a 3-bar MAP with computer or fool the MAP you have with a diode. Always be careful going over stock boost. Use an A/F gauge and check your plugs.
An SRT intercooler is better than the stock T2 units (and better than none at all) but there are better ones out there.
Be careful putting a lot of power to that auto trans. It's a tough unit, but it wasn't designed for the torque that high boost will generate.

I wouldn't do it. Not enough fuel at high boost operation sounds like a recipe for holes in your pistons. Scan the classifieds and scoop some +20's, or if your going crazy, scoop some +40's. Better to be poor and run rich, then to run lean and (BOOM) become poor. Neither of these sets of injectors will leave you really strapped, (especially from the classifieds section).

Also read Adding an extra injector
This should answer your questions about adding a fifth injector. Alot of people do it, but in my opinion its very Mickey Mouse, or even, MacGuyver (with the mullet to match). The safest way to keep those pistons cool is just buying a new set of injectors.

A buddy has a TC MaSerati (SSSSSSS Not Z) with the 2.2 8v/automatic setup. He Bolted in a FWDP 2 bar calibration and it really woke the car up even though everything else is stock. Nice little cruising car. Not something I'd modify for speed to much though.

Also you can't just bolt in bigger injectors, you'll flood the car out and kill the motor. Read Donovan's Dodge Garage, and check out Results Driven Inc. Rick is one of the TC guru's out there.
