Put some stabilizer in the gas, Make sure the antifreeze is up to par, you can pick up one of those cheap testers at the parts store for a few bucks. Some dryer sheets in the interior to deter small rodents, and some mothballs around the car. I'm up in the air about changing the oil. If it's pretty old I'll usually change it but if not I'll wait for spring. Raise the car of the ground if your worried about flat spoting the tires but make sure to put the weight back on the suspension and it's not good to leave it sag.
