alarm problem

I posted in the t3 section about my 93 iroc r/t the car had been setting awhile and the battery went dead. I took it off and charged it up and put it back on the car now the alarm won't disarm.I have tried both door locks and the hatch and it still won't disarm.Does anyone have idea what I could do?
