Rattle Smoke and Tubing

Ok so i have a 86 turbo z with a little problem.....ive been getting white smoke out the exhaust and an oil leak. So i put a one piece valve cover on and it didnt have the elbow on the back so i had to run 2 ft of rubber hose connect it up behind the TB.

now i have a rattle that doesnt sound very healthy when it idles. My upper radiator hose was sucked shut recently after the car was running could i have an issue with that? I have a new one sitting ready to go on aswell.

the white smoke is probably a head gasket

Its barely blue i guess.....it only has 54000 miles would a head gasket go out that low?
