alright, ive tried a bunch of things but ill give you guys the background, symtoms, then what i have done.

its an 86 glht, converted to TII with a smec computer. this car has been around, its had multiple harness's, and multiple techs?

the symtom, it starts fine but within three seconds it will stall out. you can try to give it throttle, which works sometimes (like keep reving it high), but if you try to let it idle, or even part throttle it will just die?

it had a cam/ignition timing problem which we fixed, it holds fuel pressure when it shuts off, and has about 48 psi at idle with the vacuum line connected. has new plugs and wires, cap and rotor. i replaced the throttle body with my running TII turbo omni's and it has same issue. checked codes and it comes up with a code 25. i havent checked power to the idle control or anything, but i think its weird that it revs up to 1200 rpm and then just shuts down. i thought it might be getting a signal from the tps saying it was at part throttle and not allowing the air control valve to work properly, but after i replaced it with mine, im still confused?

With the key off remove the AIS connector, see if the vehicle will run by itself, if not remove the vacuum line from the brake booster while the engine is running, will it stay running by itself?
