K, here is my "issue" when I line the flywheel (6 bolt) timing mark too 0 on the bellhousing cyl 1 is all the way down, but the cam timing marker is pointed up did I put the flywheel on 180 degrees off? it was my understanding that they only went on one way... it's for an 85 Turbo Z

there is like 2 or 3 marks on the flywheel, that threw me off before.

yep there's 2 marks one's 180* from the other, that would explain it

Flywheels only go on one way. Crank it another 180° and find the other mark!

rookie... me...? psh I bet you don't have the tranny drop/back up and turn key in less than 3 hours hussle and the 15 minute axle swap boogie down either

i can keep up with garret in the droppiong trannys and pulling motors and ****.....it sucks, i wish i didtn know and didnt hvae to worry about it...i can have the motor and trayn sittin on the florro in 4 hours from driving into the garage to it sittin on the floor
