help slick won't bead race tomorow night

Well I cannot get one of my slick to bead and I race tomorow night can you go past 35psi when beading a slick? It says not to on the tire but I've talked to guys at tire shops and they say not to worry. Help.

Soap the wheel and pump the air. You could put the tire in front of a heater for awhile and soften the rubber if it's to stiff.

Set the wheel on a bucket or something to get the tire off the ground, then wiggle the tire while using HIGH pressure air hose to fill it.

Soap it up good too!!
