Anyway I could take the Factory BOV in the Air box and put outside the airbox so it is louder without hurting the engines performance??? It just makes a drowning sound right now not a loud ppchhh! sound

yes you can do that. but you must put a filter on the end of the BOV....otherwise it will suck up dirt during part throttle operation. and (of course) seal off the hole in the air cleaner.....

1. on a Mitsu application you don't have too use a Filter on the BOV because it's always pushing air thru, and also I never experinced any suck thru on my Talon BOV or stock BOV on a Garrett Turbo II application, it was always blowing out never sucking in even when you'd hold the revs at about 2k, it would never suck in

2. The filter is easy too find, just go down too pep boys/autozone one of those crappy car part places and get an APC oil breather filter in the color of your choice and use a chunk of heater hose too join them together if you want the pretty look of a filter... I just think they muffle the noise"thumbs up

I hear you can use the toe of an old sock...fasten it on with a hose clamp...pow...ghetto BOV filter!
