Okay, I have about a week befroe the weather turns to crap here. I just got a 1986 Daytona Turbo Z, and I am removing the front end to put on another 86 Turbo Z car. Question is, what is the easiest way? I know I have to remove the ground effects, chin spoiler, top bolts of fender, and I see some bolts connecting the nose cone to the rad support. Question is, how much do I really need to remove? I tool my charger front end off as one piece, and hoped I might be able to do the same with this Tona. Thanks in advance for help/advice. ~~Heath

Well I can't speak for first gen daytonas, but the front end of mine was very simple to get off in one piece. There were 2 bolts at either side of the front end connecting it to the fenders/rad support, and then 2 plastic rivets on each side located on the front edge of the wheel wells that held the side skirts in place. Then I just undid the wiring going to the parking lights and headlights and it came off in once piece.
