Okay.
Car has been running kinda weird lately.
But now its just wacky.
It wont let me hold boost for more than a few seconds and then the Air/Fuel jumps to lean for a second and then Poof My engine cuts out for a split second and makes me slow down. IM NOT OVERBOOSTING.
Only engine code is for a radiator fan circuit.

This lean spot also used to appear when i was starting to run boost which is at 0psi it would run lean then climb back up.

Bad fuel pump?
PLEASE NO NOT A BAD FUEL PUMP?
Anyone know where i can get a good one cheap or used?

You can easily verify that your fuel pump and regulator are working correctly by hooking up a fuel pressure gauge to the fuel rail.

Change the fuel filter first. Dirty filter will cause intermittant fuel starvation.

Bad pump usually quits working all together.

it's just after the fuel tank, it's pretty obvious one fuel line in one fuel line out

If your filter is clean and the pressure is ok, I'd check your MAP sensor. Maybe put another one on it if you have one lying around. Rad fan code is probably unrelated.
