Ok, my 86 glh recently decided that while i was driving the power loss light will flash on then off and my car would sputter and act like it wants to take a nap... now if i don't let the car warm up before i drive it it will shut off coming to a stop with the clutch pressed in... i have to drive it a little more to see exactly when it does it..... arg if it's not one thing it's another...

ok, so the car shuts off everytime i come to a stop.... it's really annoying... the speed sensor is where the speedo cable plugs into the trans, correct??? if i unplug the speed sensor connection from the harness will it bypass ir, or will the car just not run?

Also, if the car is in neutral and i push the clutch in, and makes an odd noise... then the car starts to idle strangly.... arg...
