what tranny?
may be able to get an OEM one at dodge dealership or something
but i am not sure about the WHOLE shifter
some vendors sell shift rod kit for the 525 if that is what you have
or you can always convert to different tranny and get the linkage for that

put a cable shifter in it
find an '85 daytona/laser and grab the shifter/cables/clips/braket on the tranny and L shaped piece the cables attash to on the tranny

I don't know what tranny it is but it has a cable and some nasty looking plastic pieces at the base of the shifter that look worn out. Can these pieces be replaced?
