NAJ is keeping our cars running
The bolt is what holds the connector securely to the controller.
That will need to be corrected are you will have all types of issues with loose/faulty connections.
Looks like you will need another connector with wiring and have to splice that onto your harness.
Hopefully they did not strip out the female threads on the controller.

Does a controller taken from a 5spd 2.5 turbo 1 will work, at least to see if I still have the same errors ?

NAJ the pictures you sent me showing the connector terminals are viewed from the front of the connector (controller side), not from the rear, right ?

Unfortunately if the connector itself is damaged you would have to cut and solder each individual wire.
As long as the 2.5L 5 speed is from an 89 you should be fine.
As far as I know the difference between Auto/Manual is idle speed control.

The pinout is with the terminals facing you.
I never really looked on my car but the numbers may be on the controller connector, they would be small, a magnifying glass may help to see them if they are there.

Hello,

Just an update : I have replaced the ECU and the error codes have disapeared.
So it was a defective ECU
Thanks for your help.

Now I have other problems : like the engine sometime shuttoff when I put the auto tranny in the D position
I will open a new thread
