ok, the TPS is on the top of the TB, and the IAC is on the bottom correct?
If so, which wire on the TPS do I need to hook up the speed sensor ground to, so my digital dash will work correctly?

Would i have to do the same for a 90 and newer digital dash or is it all in the harness plugs in the back of the cluster

Don't know, but if Yellonoma knows, then he knows, lol.
I hope you buy that dash, it would look killer in your 92.

You're in for a job doing this swap in a '90 and later car. I've searched this job a couple of times over the years. It has went from near impossible to possible over the years, but there is one thing that seems to required before you start.

For '92-'93 cars you need the cluster and BCM from a '92-'93 car. '90-'91 cars need the cluster and BCM from a '90-'91 car. Then there is quite a bit of wiring to do, most of the sensor inputs(oil pressure, water temp, fuel level) that would go to the cluster on an anolog cluster now get wired to the BCM, and things like that.

It not as easy as the '89 and earlier cars, but it can be done, as long as you have the correct cluster and BCM. This is from my research on here over the years. I've always liked the digi-dashes, and done quite a few in the '89-earlier Daytonas/Lebarons(and even one in a '88 Shadow), but I've been discouraged in doing this swap in a '90-later Daytona/Lebaron after searching on here.

i have a 90 engine harness going in my daytona as i cant find a 92 turbo harness, as i am not sure if that harness even came from a digi dash car, but i thought any 90 and later digi cluster would work as long as you have the bcm

From what I read, the cluster/BCMs changed in '92. To put a '90-'91 setup in a '92-later car requires all the electronics from the earlier car.

Now, it is possible that someone has figured it out, I know in this link I'm posting, that some people are trying to do exactly what you want to do. Maybe send them a PM and see if they've got it to work or not. http://www.turbododge.com/forums/f4/...ital-dash.html

Page #5 has some guys posting from 2010 and this year about doing this.

Yeah the 90-91 and 92-up are different, and both completely different in function tha, the pre-89 dashes. The newer ones uses a serial bus to relay information from the SBEC, alot more complicated than just the old school a wire for each idiot light, speedo and rpm using switches to ground or variable voltage. You could really slap a pre-89 digital dash into anything lol. Besides that I know very little about 90-up cars electrically, never owned one.

Ghost... just don't wire up the ABS light wire, it shouldn't be on not hooked up. If i'm wrong, and the light is on just take out the bulb for the ABS light lol

I asked about the 12 Button Nav because you said you had a cable only speed sensor, and I didn't know how the heck it worked for MPG, AVG Speed, Km till empty, etc if you didn't have the cable w/ 2 wire combo sensor, and if for some reason you did the speed sensor signal wire would be right off the navigator, easier than running it from the transmission to the dash.

yeah that i cant figure out, when i put the trip nav in back in 2001, it worked just fine, and shows MPG DTE etc.etc. but either my dipshit buddy didnt hook it back up correctly, WIRE i found hanging by the speed sensor, or my MPG and DTE dont work, cause my F.G.S.UNIT doesnt work,, cause my fuel gauge doesnt read correctly. But, this car has always ran on a cable speedo, till this weekend anyway, lol. ILL be getting my dash should be in today.

Yeah i'm just confused, the Navigator needs an electronic speed sensor to use most of it's functions. If you found wire near the speed sensor it is probably already run, in that case like I said the closest place to get the speed sensor signal wire is off the 12 Button Navigator plug if it had the plug from factory (I never heard of one without it because even the 84 had the 12 button navigator

ok, then I'd rather splice the speed sensor ground to the TPS, as its working correctly, as the trip nav is not. as my FGSU, is reading incorrectly, ill repair that this weekend, found a FGSU repair thread.
