Quick two piece intake question

My 87 GTS stopped producing boost. I've narrowed it down to the wastegate being stuck open. I cannot get to the wastegate can or linkage to work on it and I don't want to remove the head to get access. I'm wondering...
I have a two piece intake, but my memory is bad. How many bolts hold the top piece on the lower? I can see and feel the bolts on the back edge, but are there inaccessible ones underneath?

I got my upper intake off my car but had to go under the car with long extension and ujoint socket for 1 or 2 bolts

Get a mirror to see if the arm is off the lever first?

The arm is on the lever. The turbo feels and spins fine. I think my 'modified' arm on the actuator is screwed up. Oh well... Anyway, it looks like there are 5 bolts on the back and I can see 3 more from underneath between the runners. Are there more hidden?

if you take off all the intake hoses, you should be able to get to the 2 bolts holding the actuator on, and then a pair of needle nose should be able to get the clip off from the other side. I lay on the engine and hug it :) But I've taken the whole compressor housing off my S60 turbo while everything was still on the car except the hoses.

Yeah, I've taken off the wastegate actuator on my t-2 motor with a two-piece intake without taking off more than the intake hoses/pipes. Like GLHNSLHT2 said above, 2 bolts holding it on the compressor housing and then some pliers to get the retainer clip off.

Ok, now you all are going to shame me if I can't get this thing off without removing the intake. Just in case though, how many bolts hold the two piece together?

8 bolts, 5 towards the back, 3 towards the front.

Thanks to everyone for your help. I removed the can, threaded the actuator rod, reinstalled the can, and adjusted the waste gate without removing the intake manifold. The backs of my hands look like they've been dragged through a cactus patch, but everything is working again.
