84 turbo z need help

I have a 84 turbo z i am tierd of buying parts that i dont need i have what i think is an electrical problem but i dont know.if there is anyone out here that is good diagnosing problems please call me at 901-652-9894 clint i suck at typing and my comp is slow

Diagnosing over the phone is difficult at best especially if you are not good at diagnosing since you or the person helping cannot see what the other is doing/talking about.

Also...the 84 I am told is an electrical nightmare and totally different than 85-up.

1)Can you at least give more specifics on your problems, what type of electrical problems are you having.
2)Can you read wiring diagrams and use a digital volt/ohmmeter?

I have an 84 and while it's different than the 85+cars the wiring is not a"Nightmare".It's only that if you try to intercool it with later parts. I have all diagnostics for 84s. Let us know what specific problems you're having. NAJ is best at diagnostics but he probably does'nt have the charts for an 84.

Owning one and having experience beats all the service manual info hands down.
