More oil leaks

I have another oil leak. This one is coming from the passenger side of the engine. I am 99% sure its the front crankshaft seal but I'll rundown the symptoms and see what you guys think.
There is no leak when the engine is off. Once the engine is started oil starts to pool out on the passenger side. There is also plenty of oil that gets thrown around by all the serpentine and timing belts. I had a professional mechanic help me with removing the sprocket and he was able to tell that the first one was installed wrong. He put a new one in but the same problem continues. He mostly works on chevys and does little work on dodges. We even checked the dealership to make sure I had the right part and it was the same.
So if anyone has any ideas please let me know.

Assuming this is a 2.5 T1, have you tried driving it without seeing any boost (disconnect wastegate vacuum) to see if it leaks? Mechanic probably checked but under alittle boost and a dirty PVC you can get oil squirting out of the cam seal or anywhere along the valve cover gasket on that side.

I actually replaced the crank seal on the passenger side and it was really the cam seal passing oil under boost. I thought it was the crank because most of the mess was down there

Its a 2.5 T1. The engine is a rebuild and I have not driven it yet, just started it to check for leaks. I checked the valve cover and it has no leaks. I dont think its the cam seal either but I can check it again.
The mechanic is a family friend who happens to work at a chevy dealership. All he did was help remove the sprocket take the old seal out and put a new one in. Once the snowstorm here has blown over we will continue to figure out the problem but I thought I would get a few ideas here first.

How about the bolt on the side of the head that holds the tab on the turbo coolant line. I started my motor with that not being in and oil poured out of there

Nope its not coming from that bolt hole. Pretty sure its coming from that front seal. Putting two new seals in there and still leaking oil I'm starting to wonder if there is a problem with the end of the crankshaft.

You said the engine was a rebuild. Was the original engine refreshed or did you get an engine from somewhere else? the crankshaft snouts on these engines did change when the blocks did so it is possible you have the wrong seal for the crankshaft. If you rebuilt your engine then chances are the crank and block are correct. If you got the engine from some other source it is possible to have mismatched parts in there. Have you pulled the accessory belts off and removed the crankshaft pulley and started the car to verify that is where the oil is coming from?

I have heard of accidents where the machist turns down the seal surface when the turn the crank

I rebuilt the engine myself. I got the block from Rampage1983 but I got the crank from a crankshaft company so it is very possible there is something wrong with it. Its confirmed, the leak is coming from the crank seal.
