changed all vac lines but got boost problem

lametec a great guy came over and we replaced vaccum lines with what parts i had there (no tees or splitters)and vaccum lines to emission crap were removed, car is running no over boost but i am only getting 10 psi max boost out of a stage 2 mp lm. also i still need to replace charge air temp sensor b/c that causes car to go into limp mode also need to replace speed distance sensor. but at least there is no overboost it just seems like car wants to hesitate and is not as fast as it was well thats b/c there was 5 more psi but still

btw i know lametec hooked everything up correctly too, fuel pressure was great to 55-60 psi at idle compression test was 140-150-140-140
