That mess of wires and white wrap at the top of the photo? If it's attached to the PCV, I'd guess it's some sort of oil catch maybe? I dunno. Have you tried pulling it apart to see what all is in it?
LoL. Sorry. I'm so used to people saying PVC when they mean PCV, I just assumed it was a typo. My bad.
Was this a log turbo car that was converted to the later style intake?
Is the IAC motor in the throttle body connected? It looks like the IAC wiring is going to that PVC mess with the old style motor. I could understand if they were trying to keep the old IAC without rewiring that portion, but why run that to the BOV?
My advice, try to get the car back to as close to stock as you can, then start over. Trying to sort out other people's "re-engineering" will drive you nuts.
