i had a thread about this before and check everything everyone brought to me the motor is on a fresh rebuild no vac leak everything is tight cant figure out the problem.please help

well all i can see is maybe the timeing is off how do you adjust it with out messing anything up

Not lowering...you need to check the cam timing along with distributor heres how

DDG- Quick and easy timing belt check

I dunno about "by hand" exactly I 've taken a socket wrench to the crank pully center bolt to turn it but make sure its turning its usual direction though
