I got 335whp in my daily driver. Last few tanks I can get 410-415 miles to the tank! Well, unless my right foot gets heavy.

Sometimes dealerships have a "push, tow, or drive" your trade-in into the shop. a free GM to me is one of them deals on a dodge

Or ... DEMO DERBY!!!

Hell my dad drives yard cars so if he brings a gm home (RARE OCASSION) it is free!
And eventually he will sell it to some unfortunate sucker who will drive the car.

Hmm..... Thats a good thought! My statement above reflected a FREE GM I got a few months ago. Still waiting for the title. I'd like to drive it while I strip and paint my Daytona. Its a 92 Cavalier Convertable. +230k, auto trans w/ 3.1 V6! Its actually pretty nice. Previous owner kept very up on any maintenance. The top is a bit ripped in places. But it needs 3 wheel bearings and a steering column to be drivable. Customer of mine didn't want to fix it so he just handed it over.

he is like diarrhea, all over and quite annoying to everyone who comes in contact-

Free speech is a wonderful thing, trolls that are unhappy, frustrated human beings can get on the internet on mommy's computer (or their old 486 relic) and rant incessantly, completely disregarding others ideas, opinions, questions-this is a lonely persons little 15 minutes, now everyone try to ignore whatever it is.

Your 200 HP project is do-able, and Tryingbe, one of the most understated and knowledgeable on here is correct-you can get way up there, it's just a matter of how much of 'up-there' you use (with your right foot) that will ultimately determine how dependable it'll be. Monitoring/gauges are a must-Go for it.

Bull doo doo.....get a 04-05 SRT4 that runs 13.6s-13.9s BONE stock like I did...230 hp and a second quicker AND was getting 31 mpg....now its getting 32.8 with a leaned out stage 2 set up! This Pit Bull IS my daily driver.

My base SOHC 98 Neon ran 14.8s with mods and ran 12.11 with a 125 hp shot of nitrous...Micromachine USED to be my daily driver.

Do like James Reeves....his GLH is seen on the streets very often and he must be near 400 hp and runs in the 10s!!!!

the stuff you have will have no problem getting you over 200 hp without being a pain in the ass every day. hell you can get more than that- turn up the boost! just use an in car boost controller , turn it down to like 7 psi, unless someone wants to get ignorant with you on the street. reach over, crank the dial and show him your tail lights. you wont really run into drivability problems till you start going with wild cals, gigantic throttle bodies, big cams etc etc. but thats the same story for any car you play with. boost is fun because you can always turn it down and drive normal.

If you're like me, you want a car that is comfortable and economical with the occasional ass-kicking boost session. I like my cars to be unassuming sleepers; I like them to be quiet with a clean sound of power. These cars are perfect for this.

While I'd rather drive a GM instead some import crapfest, the Quad 4 that kid recommended is a vibrating POS that made good power when new but was nothing more than a good representation of the early, unrefined days of DOHC'ing. So nevermind that.

My plan? Start with a performance computer and let some more air in and out while maintaining good spark. After all, an engine is like the human body in the way that it needs to breathe better to have more power. You can do it without a loud, wide open exhaust and still get good flow if you use the right parts. Start there and build forward.

I know people than cannot handle over 150whp/tq for a DD and I know folks that drive something with well over 300whp/tq for a DD. It's all about what you can control. I prefer the 300+ cars for DD'ing.
