Drill the center of the bolt and use a left hand tap or easy out.
Or
Start drinking heavily until your problems go away and repeat as necessary and use every last penny to coop with your new drinking habit.
I kid I kid, just do the first one. lol

first you need to take the head off so you can see what you're actually dealing with, maybe you got lucky and theres still some of the old bolt stickin up enought to where you can get some vice grips on it.
if you were that lucky and get the chunk of old bolt out, run a tap thru ALL the head bolt holes- you should be able to screw in a head bold with your fingers all the way down the threads on the head bolt. if you have any binding theres something in the head bolt hole that shouldnt be there.

HURRAY THERE IS SOME OF THE BOLT THERE. Im going to vise grip that sucker out once someone can help me pull head off without squishing the gasket. What can i do about a new bolt? honestly i dont wana pay for a whole new bolt set if I dont have to. Will one of the origional bolts work at all? head has been done before so they would be MP bolts also. I need this car to run so i can move it to my new house so even if its not a good idea but will last for alittle bit I dont care. Once it is running I am going to start budgeting a rebuild. But I need to get it to my new house in the mean time, and a tow will cost $45. and new headbolts may take 2 weeks again.

Take a bolt you pulled out, clean it up nice with a wire wheel and you should be set as far as that. After you get out your old bolt, check out the hole for oil or water, if it looks clean, try to wind a new MP bolt down in there. If it feels like it's binding at all, get a nice tap and die set to clean up the threads.

This will teach you to use ARPs in the future, now won't it ; )

Yeah, check out the old bolts. If the threads are stretched, they are bad. Should be fine, a lot of people do it and don't even know they aren't supposed to. Worst case scenario I can think of is a blown HG, or another broken bolt.

Hell, I'd even reuse the HG, just with some copper spray.

ok, let me get this straight, you posted on here immediatly after you broke that bolt off, instead of pulling off the head and inspecting to even see if the bolt was flush with the head. Also seems odd that the bolt would break at 65 ft lbs too...

Anyways, you can reuse the old bolts, just remember before you do the torque to yield step to make sure that it reaches 90 ft lbs in the process, otherwise the bolt is too stretched already.

The dealer sells head bolts individually. At least they used to. Easy-outs suck BTW. It is bad advice to try one most of the time for stuff that is really stuck. But this bolt may come out very easily though. $45 for a tow is really cheap! There is no kind of tow anywhere around here that costs less than $100. You will spend more in engine oil, coolant, head bolts, etc and have to take it back apart again once its at your new place.
If its a manual transmission, just pull it with another car with a tow strap. I've done it many times though the legality of it may be questionable depending on where you live. I hauled my AWD Stealth home via this method--40 miles or so!

The thing i tend to do when doing something new or running into a problem working on cars is panic and think the worst and I even debated just junking the car before I even looked at it very good. It is possible. Dont know how possibly but I may have been using the torque wrench wrong when i did that bolt. I have never actualy had to torque anything down to spec before.
