check out this place:
Donovan's Dodge Garage

and this place:
MiniMopar Resources

There's alot there to read and it may be overwhelming to somebody new, but its better than not knowing what somebody is talking about when they give a suggestion.

Point is... there are alot of different directions to go from where you are at right now, but you should get a handle on the whole fuel situation.

What other mods did the last guy do? bigger injectors? adjustable fuel pressure regulator? Those would be a crutch for the 2.2 cal on the 2.5...

Take an inventory of your car. do a compression and leak-down test to determine its fitness for mods, you may find yourself repairing things before you get a real chance to play.

i ve read a lot of things from those sites there was a lot of info to take in
its a sound motor that was rebuilt 10,000 ago the block and the head were milled a bit 4 higher compresion ratio no idea what that ratio is has t2 injectors and stock t2 fpr

i got an a/f gauge but dont know what wire on my o2 senser to hook it to

also it didnt have a muffler just a cat with a strait pipe it was making a whistling nose at 4000 rpm and higher so i thought cut it off well now i got boost creep and over boost
whats a sure fire system i can put under it to fix this i have a stock mitsu and not a lot of money

I'm not sure what "not alot of money" means... $500? $50? $5?

The boost creep is expected with the mitsu and wide open exhaust. Is this your daily driver? I would look at getting a garrett to replace the mitsu. If your budget doesn't allow that, I would think a 2.5" cat-back system would be fine with the mitsu. A 3" system will definitely give you the boost creep with a stock mitsu. If you want to plan ahead and spend the money on the 3", you will want to port the wastegate hole in the turbine housing. I've never had to deal with a mitsu, but apparently this is one way to run higher-flowing exhaust with it. I guess the Mitsu has a smaller WG hole than the garrett, and thats what makes the exhaust prefer to flow through the turbine instead of the wastegate when there is little or no back-pressure in the downpipe. I personally think that is too much horsing around just to use the mitsu. Plus the fact you want to race against S2000s and Mustangs. I say go get a garrett(87+ would work, 89+ would be choice) and leave your exhaust open if the cops don't care about your noise. the mitsu spools quick off the line, but it gives up too much too soon... its not for winning races

which O2 do you have? the 3 or 4 wire? you can do a search here, but I wanna say the black wire is for signal... you'll have 2 wires for the pre-heater, If you have an ohmeter you can figure out which are for the heater circuit and which is the "extra ground"(if you have a 4 wire). Whatever is left over should be your signal.
