motor mount torque?

i am gonna put in the solid pass. side mount I just got (thanks Akuma) and want to know if I actually gotta tighten them to something specific or just tight. I got a haynes manual but it doesn't say anything about mounts. thanks Ryan

There are torque specs in the FSM, but I don't know how they expect anyone to get a torque wrench on the nut under the mount and be able to move it. It does also say to tighten that nut before the bolt that goes thru the arm.
