Yes, I always use new headbolts. I know you can check them for stretching and if not, then reuse but I like to play it safe and they aren't that expensive. Headgasket is obvious. Why change the O2 sensor unless it's known to be bad? Yes, the two-piece intake has its own specific fuel rail so you will need to use the one that it came with or find another two-piece intake rail. If you are going to use your car's original electronics, then just find a pipe plug for the charge temp sensor hole. I believe that the donut might allow you to bolt the smaller '87 swing valve to your larger downpipe but I'm not for sure on this. Best thing is to try it and if it doesn't fit, then either get a new swing valve or replace your exhaust downpipe. The question is why swap to the two piece intake? You have the one piece 2.5L intake already. There doesn't seem to be too much to gain by swapping. I would just use the Turbo II turbo (Garrett) to replace the Mitsu and the head if yours is bad.
