rear...something bar??

Ok i'm not sure what part this is called but it's the secondary beam that runs across the rear axle that pretty much looks like a smaller version of it. So mine is bent. Like bent u shape. I Reeeeeally doubt it's suppose to be like that and not sure what would cause that and i assume i have to find a replacement at a junkyard?
