This is a real funny question, I know the answer has to be expansion but what? If I fire up my glhs let it run idle for 5 min. then go for a ride the car will screw "car goes high 11's" I make 20+lbs of boost and hit it with a 50 shot.
Lets say I make 5 1/4mile passes one after another and the water temp gets hot and I drive the car normal for a minute then get back into it I can only make 8lbs of boost and I can hear a wooshish like a boost leak. I will then check over all the clamps and hoses, I run a open line to the atmosphere off the wastegate can. I will use a hand vav to make sure the puck is still closed, I will then shoot compressed air into the wastegate an physically watch the arm move. So after checking everthing over I will hop back in the car and it will run just as strong again..........

Anyone or vendor have any idea????

Sure your exhaust manifold isn't leaking (cracked) ?

sounds like some leak is caused by a part in the exhaust / turbo section or its mating surface is leaking once it's really hot, i.e. after a run, and once the temp falls a bit it's sealing again. think that could be the issue, but nothing more than an opinion either.. sorry no help, just an attempt
