Starting system schematic T1?

Does anyone have a schematic for the starting system on a T1 car? The car is an 86' Laser XT, and occasionally will not turn over. I've eliminated the starter, starter relay and ignition switch.

Does the neutral safety provide a ground directly to the starter relay? Or does the ECU provide a ground to the relay coil via a signal from the nuetral safety switch? I'm getting the following to the relay: Constant 12v and ignition 12v but no 12v on the output side of the relay to the starter.

I have yet to provide my own ground to the relay.

Unfortunatly I lost my Alldata connection and do not have the wiring you need.
The only starter circuit I have is 1990 if you think it will help, the wiring colors/connectors are probably different but the system probably operates the same way.
If you think it may help I will post it.
