It was designed with a 2.2 in mind, but I have a 2.5. Will it work? I have read on the dodge garage that the injectors, map, and cal all work very very closely together, but what would happen if the displacement of the engine changed? same fuel, bigger stroke? Doesn't that make problems? If more fuel is needed, could a AFPR help or would that throw off the cal?

The spark curve in the MPS60 cal is too aggressive. The fueling isn't going to be exactly right but that'd be the least of my worries. It'd be the aggressive spark blowing a hole thorugh the piston. Race gas was a good idea with the 2.2 if not mandatory on the high boost setting. I wouldn't try it on a 2.5.

You could run it with less timing and higher fuel pressure on the 2.5, but for all that just call fwdperformance.com for a custom cal.

You can just buy a Super 60 turbo, 3 bar map, +40's, bigger fuel pump, port your own heads, buy an aftermarket cam, and use an 18psi cal from FWD performance. It would probably run better than the old Mopar kit anyway.
