89 cast turbo valve cover on 86 head.

i want to replace my 86 valve cover with a 89 valve cover (going on a 86 head) as it has the 1 peice rubber gasket. will this work?

I put a one-piece gasket VC (not sure of year) on my 85, and it worked quite well seal-wise, but the PCV outlet was missing the 90 degree bend, so I had to slap together some hoses to get it back.

yes and a nice upgrade ; no more RTV

PCV attachment is Slightly different ; get the rubber PCV "Tee" from the later VC to make it simple
