It is almost impossible to tell what is not connected looking at the pictures, I would need to see the car to physically trace the lines so lets go by a process of elimination.
What is not connected properly?
The vacuum diagram is showing 5 lines from the factory vacuum block and you have 7, so1 or 2 must run to the Manifold for thier Vacuum source.
Be aware that all Solenoids have 3 ports, Vacuum in, Vacuum out(when the Solenoid is actuated) and a Vent that remains open.
All of these lines from the Vacuum Block to thier source should be Manifold Vacuum.
1)Baro Solenoid, then Baro runs to the MAP sensor(on the Logic Module behind the R/S kick panel)
2)Fuel Pressure Regulator
3)EGR Solenoid, then runs to the EGR Transducer
4)Wastegate Solenoid, then runs to the Turbo
5)Pressure Gauge, should run thru the firewall to the Instrument Cluster
If you have to look inside the car under the dash to see if you can loacte the lines, if need be remove the Cluster and trace the line.
From the Throttle Body,
2 lines run to the Vapor Canister
1 line runs to the Brake Booster
1 line to the PCV Valve
The line to the Booster from the TB should be Manifold Vacuum
The line to the PCV Valve should be Manifold Vacuum
The 2 lines to the Vapor Canister may or may not be Manifold Vacuum or Ported Vacuum
(Ported = behind the Throttle Plate, will not have vacuum applied until the Throttle Plate is opened)
From the Brake Booster,
1) To HVAC control (inside the vehicle to the control unit)
If there is vacuum missing you will only have defrost, there may be another line from the HVAC Control Unit to the Heater Control Valve if equipped with A/C.
2) To the Cruise Control
