IM VERY INTERESTED IN PURCHASING AN SRT 4 IN THE NEAR FUTURE, BUT I WILL BE HONEST, DONT REALLY KNOW MUCH ABOUT WHAT TO DO WITH IT WHEN I GET IT.

I NEED SOME HELP WITH STUFF ABOUT THE CAR

WHAT MODS TO DO?
CLUTCH?
CRANK?
TURBO?
WHAT DO I DO.


RIGHT NOW I DRIVE A SPEC-V AND HAVENT DONE ANYTHING TO IT SINCE I GOT IT, JUST LIKE THE BASE SPEED ON IT, BUT NOW WHEN I GET MY SRT 4, I WANNA KNOW WHAT TO ACTUALLY DO WITH A CAR LIKE THAT

MAY SOUND PATHETIC COMPARED TO EVERYONE ELSE, BUT I NEED THE BASIC KNOWLEDGE.

get some exhaust 1st, 3" if you plan to upgrade the turbo and make 400hp or more later

Get the FM(forward motion wastegate, WGA) to raise the boost to ~17-18psi

this forum (TD.com) is MUCH more suited for the "8-valve" turbo-dodges ..

while there are many neon/SRT4/PT (and DSM) owners here, and *some* tech help, the bulk of the discussion and expertise lies with the 8-valve's

there are much better forums for SRT specific (and neon in general) issues...
