I have a 1991 Shadow with a 2.5 T1 in it and I'm putting a T2 radiator/intercooler from a Daytona into the car. The radiator/intercooler fit in the car but the lower radiator hose is to long, does anyone know what lower hose would fit? My upper hose is to short, I need it to be another inch longer to hook up to the T2 radiator, anyone of any idea's on that one as well?

Thanks!

I bought one of those hose repair kits from the parts store for $5- it comes with a coupler 2 clamps and rubber cement- just cut the needed amount out and re-join the hose.
For the upper- try the second coupler that comes in the kit.

Is the lower hose for the T3 engine the same as T2 application? (I know the upper would be different)...I saw a listing for the lower hose only for the T3 (A engine) at Rockauto under 91 Spirit R/T.

Advance auto parts, have them lookup a 1987 daytona shelby lower radiator hose with intercooler, just picked one up, was like 18 dollars. Make sure they get the with intercooler. I just put one in my 88 shadow although the holes for the rubber mounts didn't line up on the bottom, I had to make a bracket to hold the top. and the hood hit in one spot although the cutoff wheel made short work of that.

Thanks guys, I took a T1 lower radiator hose that I had lying around and cut it in half, I kept the hose where it attaches to the water pump and I purchased a 90 degree hose to splice together. For the upper I ordered a hose for a 91 Dodge Dynasty with a 2.5, it's longer and I should be able to just trim the ends and hopefully it will work. For some reason a stock upper hose is to short, I think the radiator/intercooler are closer to the passenger side of the car since a lower T2 hose is to long for my application.

The 91 Dodge Dynasty with a 2.5 hose didn't work, I just spliced the bottom one in with a hose I found at the auto parts store. It's running with no leaks, now I just have to get the intercooler piping done!
